Duties and Responsibilities:


Ownership of receipt of PO in GeoDocs

• Order Entry

• Entering order upon receipt in a timely manner

• Setting up Ship To in NESI

• Partner orders

• Request fill/delete items from customers

• Checking available of inventory

• Request Lead Time in Teams

• Understanding Salesman codes and Regions

• Understanding product substitutions and our product offering

• Understanding the loadability of all our products o Understanding product set up and unit of sale

Customer Management:

  • Proactively continuing to learn
  • Initiative to help other CSR – be part of the team
  • Ability to work in paperless environment
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn processes and systems.
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated
  • Have experience working with multiple CRM, Microsoft, Teams, and business systems
  • Possess the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Be efficient, neat, and well organized
