Purpose of the Position: 

The inside sales person will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and, ultimately, selling TCGA products in a defined geography.  This work will be completed under the direction of the Commercial Director and in cooperation with Regional Sales Team to ensure that market conditions are understood throughout the sales process.

In addition to the primary sales role, the ISP will work with the regional and customer service teams to ensure the broader range of customer issues are addressed and communicated within the region – both to RSMs and EBMs as well as the customer base to sales process.  The ISP will, on occasion, assist in project coordination outside their specific region.

Key Job Functions:

Maintain a comprehensive distribution network in coordination with Commercial Sales Director, West Region.

  • Manages customers, pricing, quoting and general support questions for Region
  • Utilizes CRM extensively
  • Follow up on quotes in the Region
  • Prospect new customers in the Region

Responsible for supporting and coordinating with Commercial Director Sales, West Region activities relating to Customer Service, Product Development, Technical Services.

  • Arrange technical training/visits
  • Help answer technical questions and requests

Maintain sales analytics for region sales. 

  • Track/analyze customer buying trends
  • Track Pricing
  • Manage region CRM including ensuring follow up on active items in CRM

Meet sales targets, both in total and by PMC as provided by the CD - West Region.

Coordinate regional details of sales such as deductions, claims, receivables, contracts and rebates with CD - West Region.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education Required:

  • Working knowledge of Office 365, CRM, Excel.
