Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, develop, document/write and validate business practices, requirements and specifications
• Creates story maps and user stories from interactions with stakeholders to support delivery
• Develop, implement, and maintain sustainable analytic systems/practices, taking complicated problems and building frameworks
• Evaluate internal systems, processes and behaviors for efficiency, pain points, inaccuracies, and opportunities and develop options for performance improvements
• Develop and maintain data dictionary and metric definitions for business functions, technical datasets and KPIs and review them regularly for changes and updates
• Apply advanced business analyst tools and techniques in the space of business process documentation and diagramming, requirement management, data manipulation and analysis, data visualization
• Work with internal stakeholders to define data architecture, especially data frameworks and ways to ensure high data quality
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of business processes and principles, theories and concepts and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards
- Data manipulation and analysis software, especially MS Excel
- Data visualization tools, especially MS BI, Tableau
- Understanding of and experience in relational and dimensional data modeling
- Deep understanding of analytics frameworks and methodologies, database architecture and functionalities, data visualization principles, source systems/business applications, processes, and metrics
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, scenario, and variable-based models to forecast and compare assumptions and conditions on the business
- MS Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O preferred
- Project management certification like PMP, PMI-ACP preferred
Logistics:
- Reports: No direct reports
- Location: Any of our US or CAN offices, remote is an option

Requirements:
• 3+ years of business analysis experience in industry function or top tier management consulting with a focus on business process
• Experience voice of customer studies and analytics (surveys, focus groups)
• MBA/Master's in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar with strong academic record
• Fluent in English
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing
• Structured listening and questioning with a strong focus of what is being conveyed, both intellectually and emotionally
